Scott is a video and film industry professional whose career began as a
special effects cameraman for television and feature films. His work has embraced the ever-changing technologies that drive the entertainment industry. From film, to tape, to digital files, Scott's breadth of expertise across multimedia platforms has made him a key player in the area of media restoration and archiving. Scott is the film archivist for the Walt Disney Family Foundation. His work can be seen throughout the galleries of The Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco. An avid photographer, Scott has been published by the Associated Press, as well as the Los Angeles Times and The Orange County Register. Scott is a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild and The Association of Moving Image Archivists.
